Recently, a delegation from the Yan’an Municipal Bureau of Economic Cooperation paid a special visit to Apro (Zhangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. of Yujin for an in-depth factory tour and business exchange.
This visit was more than a routine inspection. The delegation entered Yujin’s wiper rubber strip production workshop and followed the process step by step, from raw materials to finished products.
They observed how the extrusion lines for wiper blade rubber operate, how quality inspection points are controlled, and how each stage of the production process is managed.
During the visit, the delegation gave positive recognition to Yujin’s precision manufacturing and quality assurance measures, as well as its refined production management practices.
During the exchange, Yujin shared its experience as an automotive rubber supplier, particularly its technical accumulation in car wiper rubber strips and wiping components.
Topics included how quality is controlled in rubber extrusion processes, how material consistency is maintained, and what intelligent manufacturing practices Yujin has adopted to support stable, large-volume B2B supply of wiper blades and wiper refills.
The Yan’an delegation showed strong interest in the complementarity of both sides’ industrial chains. They also noted that, in the field of wiper-related component manufacturing, there is significant room for technology exchange in automotive parts manufacturing, with broad potential for long-term cooperation.
The delegation also introduced Yan’an’s development strategy, and further explained the local investment promotion mechanism based on a “dedicated task force + full-lifecycle business services” model. This means that once a project is launched, a dedicated team will follow up throughout the process to help ensure smoother operations and a more predictable investment and business environment.
Under this framework, projects related to automotive wiper blades and rubber strip manufacturing have greater potential for supply chain collaboration, technical cooperation, and resource integration.
We were also pleased to introduce rubber strip products, which are used not only in windshield wiper blades, but also widely applied in other automotive sealing applications. Through the discussion, both sides agreed on the importance of maintaining communication, strengthening information exchange, and gradually exploring concrete cooperation paths. As a next step, Yujin also plans to visit Yan’an for a follow-up field assessment, making the cooperation intentions clearer and more feasible.
This kind of cross-regional industrial partnership helps promote technology flow, optimize production layouts, and support industrial chain resilience enhancement.
