This training followed Alibaba’s management methods: formulating strategies, tracking processes, and achieving results. The aim was to help experienced salespeople become more outstanding team leaders and build a more disciplined and efficient windshield wiper blade export team.

The training content covered practical management tools, such as how to track order progress, review customer feedback, and improve response speed, etc. It also focused on building a fast-response and execution-driven team culture.
