The rear windshields of SUVs are usually larger, and they require higher pressure distribution and fitting requirements for the windshield wipers. This rear wiper blade adopts a frameless beam structure and is equipped with multi-point pressure design, enabling the rubber scraper to apply more uniform pressure throughout the wiping area. The scraper is internally equipped with 304 stainless steel spring strips, which can support the rubber component and ensure its adherence to the glass surface, thereby reducing missed areas during wiping.
The rubber component is one of the most important parts of the wiper blade. We use natural rubber and then coat the surface with a layer of Teflon - it glides more smoothly when being scraped, has less friction, and won't wear out easily even after long use. In addition, the interface of the rubber strip is laser-cut, with smooth edges and more uniform scraping. The operation is more stable.
The rear windshield wiper not only performs well in the first use, but also remains stable even after long-term use. During the research and production process, we placed it in extreme temperature environments ranging from -40℃ to 70℃, conducting 1 million scraping tests and 48-hour salt spray tests to specifically verify the durability, structural strength, and adaptability to various environments of the rubber strip.
