High-Purity Natural Rubber

The rubber blade is the heart of a boneless wiper for car. As a top wiper blade factory, SPOTLESS never uses recycled rubber or cheap, low-elastic materials. Instead, we use air-dried natural rubber imported from Thailand and carbon black from Cabot (USA), mixed with over a dozen additives and coated with Teflon using advanced techniques:

It cuts down friction between the blade and the windshield, stopping harsh squeaking and dry-wipe noise completely. Running noise is under 50 dB, giving you a quiet, library-level wipe.The frameless wiper blade has passed four-season climate tests. It stays flexible without cracking at -40°C, won’t soften or deform at 70°C, and stands up well to acid rain and coastal salt spray. In lab tests, it easily runs for 1,000,000 wipes.

Anti-Drop Lock Design

We use high-quality POM adapters with a double-lock system. They click on tight and won’t shake loose, even on bumpy dirt roads or hard speed bumps.

Q1: Do you offer a warranty? What happens if there’s a quality issue?

A: Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty under normal use. We do batch spot checks and inspect every single finished wiper blade for car before shipping, keeping our defect rate under 0.5%. If a batch has defects caused by our production, we'll send free replacements and give you a clear solution within 24 hours.

Q2: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different sizes?

A: Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs, but we're flexible and open to talk. You can mix any sizes you need in one order—no extra fees.

Q3: How long does delivery take? How do you handle peak season rush?

A: Regular orders usually take 15 to 30 days once the deposit is in. If you need custom packaging, count on about 25 to 30 days. Our factory turns out 50,000 sets a day and 1.5 million sets a month. Before our busy season hits (September to December), we prepare raw material stock 3 months ahead and keep 20% extra capacity open just for urgent reorders.

Q4: Which payment terms and shipping ports do you work with?

A: We usually ship FOB Xiamen, Shanghai, or Ningbo, but we can also quote CIF or DDP if you prefer. For first-time orders, we ask for a 30% T/T deposit, with the remaining 70% paid against the B/L copy. We also take L/C at sight for big orders, and we can offer credit terms (OA) once we build a steady partnership.
