We have a special quality supervisor to control each production line; All wiper blades will be tested before we send them to you.

Firstly, our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%. Secondly, for defective products, We will resend you new wipers and inspect all production links to avoid the same problem from happening again.

We have five wiper assembly production lines, three adapters packaging lines. Wiper assembly capacity 50000pcs/day. Wiper packaging capacity 60000pcs/day.

1. Wiper blade sample, our lead time is 1 - 3 days. 2. Official mass order, our lead time is 5-35 Days. It depends on your order quantity. Of course, if you need an urgent order, we will supply you priority and extra work time. 20 FT container, about 20000pcs wipers, 20-30 days after confirming everything, package, logo, etc. 40 HQ container, about 45000pcs wipers, 30-35 days after confirming everything, package, logo, etc
